Summer Day Camps

For more than 30 years, Y Summer Day Camps have been giving the children and youth of this community a unique opportunity for learning, friendship and fun.

Day Camp offers exciting outdoor experiences, opportunities for individual expression and creativity and a balance of structure and personal choice. Activities are designed and delivered with the purpose of developing new skills and interests while having a good time. They include arts and crafts, fitness and exercise, science experiments, theatre sports, guest speakers and day trips. Each day focuses on a specific learning experience the child can take home and share. Each week there is an opportunity for swimming with the option of swimming lessons.

We take great pride in our excellent camp counsellors who serve as positive role models while ensuring a safe environment where each child is respected and nurtured. Parents will also appreciate the convenience and flexibility of Y Summer Day Camps. Children may be registered on a weekly basis and, if required, extended hours of care are available.
