The YWCA Week Without Violence^® is a violence prevention initiative of YWCA Canada.  This year the Kamloops Community YMCA-YWCA will be one of 20 YWCA member associations hosting the Power of Being a Girl Conference as the central event of Week Without Violence .

Last year more than 45,000 people in more than 600 schools, workplaces and community organizations across Canada participated. This year we invite you to make violence a thing of the past.
