B.R.A.V.E stands for (Building Resilience, Authenticity, Accountability, Values & Empathy)
We understand that a narrow definition of wellness in both theory and practice can lead to unhealthy views and behaviors when it comes to boys' physical, mental, social and emotional health.
We have programs like B.R.A.V.E to help support boys and non-binary youth in all five Dimensions of Wellness: physical, social, emotional, spiritual and environmental.
The group will be a two hour session and will include physical activity along with mental, social and emotional learning. Participants will learn about healthy expression of emotions, self-care, the benefits of physical activity, friendship, stress and worries.
• Ages 8-12 years old • Identify as a boy and/or non-binary youth
