Choose to Move is a FREE program for adults 65+ who are looking to get active!
With the support of a certified Activity Coach, participants develop a personalized physical activity action plan based on their interests, goals and abilities, and receive ongoing support through monthly meetings, one-on-one consultation, and regular check-ins.
Choose to Move is evidence based and delivered in partnership with Active Aging BC.
TO REGISTER, PARTICIPANTS MUST BE:
• Aged 65 years or older • Not physically active • Not a YMCA member within the last 6 months
