We have introduced the following protocols to ensure that everyone has a safe and fun experience during their lessons:
1. Due to physical distancing requirements Swim Instructors have a No Touch policy. If your child is unable to swim unassisted (or with a floatation device such as a kickboard), in water parent/guardian participation will be required.
2. Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the start of your lesson to reduce traffic and congestion within the facility and changerooms.
3. Please check in at the front desk
4. Towel and Lock service will not be provided, you will need to bring your own
5. Please follow social distancing guidelines while in the building and follow all signage and staff direction.
6. Please bring your own water bottle as public drinking fountains are not permitted
7. Please be respectful of all procedures, be kind, have fun.
