Kamloops Downtown YMCA is located at 400 Battle Street.

Monday - Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Weekends: 7:00 a.m. -7:00 p.m.

Stat Holidays: 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. *Reminder on STAT HOLIDAY WEEKENDS playcare is closed. Please check schedules for swim lessons and group fitness classes on long weekends.
