1. Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the start of your class 2. Please check in at the front desk 3. All classes will enter and exit through the back hallway (staff will be available to direct) 4. We ask that you do not linger after class as we will need to sanitize and prepare for the next program 5. Please bring your own Yoga mats as none will be provided. Our black mats will be available. 6. Leave all equipment in your area at the end of class. Staff will sanitize and put away all equipment. 7. Please follow social distancing guidelines during class and stay with in your designated area as much as possible. 8. Please bring your own water bottle as public drinking fountains are not permitted 9. If you plan on using a bolster for a Yoga class, we ask you bring your own pillowcase to cover it 10. Please be respectful of all studio procedure, be kind, have fun.
