The Kamloops YMCA offers group fitness classes at both the Downtown Y and John Tod Centre Y for individuals of all fitness abilities. At the Downtown Y we offer personal training for independent goal-setting, group fitness classes for individual workouts and a weight and cardio facility for individual workouts. The John Tod Y offers group fitness classes on a pre-registered basis only, this facility does not offer the ability for drop-ins. Allow our friendly and approachable staff and full certified group fitness volunteer instructors support you on your journey to better health.
