Join us for a weekly Guided Loving-Kindness Meditation. Each week we will explore mindful self-compassion, providing participants an opportunity to comfort and care for themselves and offering a kind, gentle, and supportive, informal practice. Jenna Nickle is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and is the Interim Community Services Director at YBC Kamloops. She is an experienced meditation and Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) Teacher. Jenna is committed to deepening her understand of self-compassion, cultivating gratitude, and self-love.
