Join us for a weekly Guided Loving-Kindness Meditation. Each week we will explore mindful self-compassion, providing participants an opportunity to comfort and care for themselves and offering a kind, gentle, and supportive, informal practice. Amy Detaeye is a Registered Social Worker and an expereinced Meditation and Mindful Self-Comp;assion (MSC) teacher. Amy resides in British Columiba, on the West Coast of Canada. Amy's passion and mission are the same: to empower individuals with the understanding of the important role they play in shaping their lives and well-being. Amy brings a combination of gentleness, compassion and humour to the her work.
