Annual memberships are designed for individuals and families interested in using the fitness facilities and accessing programs and services. Regular participation in membership activities enhances and empowers lives by supporting a balanced approach to personal growth, health and wellness.

*A family is defined as a maximum of 2 adults and their dependents, all residing at the same address. The first member must be an adult. All children and dependent students under 19 must reside with their parent/guardian.
The Kamloops Community YMCA-YWCA strives to serve all segments of our community. No-one is denied access to any Y program or service because of the inability to pay the full fee. Within our available resources, every effort will be made to accommodate individuals and families that are unable, not unwilling, to pay. The Y is committed to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to benefit from the Y experience.

A hold request with less than 30 days notice before your next payment due date will result in a continued deduction for the next payment. This credit will be applied to your membership account.
Any children will be removed from swim lessons at the member rate and the non-member rate will apply with fees due immediately.
For memberships paid in full for a year, the membership anniversary date will automatically be extended by the requested hold period.
If member returns from holiday or medical hold earlier than the scheduled date, the remainder of the current month’s fees must be paid to continue membership.
Members on pre-authorized payment plan must submit a written cancellation request 30 days before next scheduled payment date. Any request made less than 30 days before due date will result in the next biweekly payment being deducted. Written cancellation requests may be submitted in person at either Kamloops Y location, or emailed to Member Services
For annual memberships paid in full, a refund for the balance owing (with one month fee debited) will be issued in 4-6 weeks.
Any children will be removed from swim lessons and non-member fees will apply and will be due immediately.
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the program start date. An admin fee of $10 will be applied to all cancellation requests made at least 30 days prior to program start date. If a cancellations is requested less than 30 days from program start date, registration fee will be non-refundable.
