We're offering a 5-day Intensivve Mindful Self-Compassion Course; this offering is an intensive version of the 8-week, science based MSC program, developed by Christopher Germer, PhD, a leader in the integration of mindfullness and psychotherapy (www.Chris.Germer.com) and Kristin Neff, PhD, a pioneering resercher in the field of self-compassion (www.Self.Compassion.org).

Topics that will be covered:
What self-compassion is and isn't Self-compassion practices for daily life How to handle difficult emotions with greater ease The art of loving-kindness meditation How to use self-compassion in caregiving situations How to transform challenging relationships How to motivate yourself with kindness rather than criticism How to enjoy your life more fully
Program Dates: MSC Intensive will run October 10-14th, 9:00 - 4:30pm at the John Tod Centre Y.

Please keep in mind that MSC is therapeutic, but it's not therapy. MSC is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
