Y Virtual Fitness

The Kamloops Y Fitness Team, in collaboration with Shaw Cable has filmed a series of workouts for the Shaw Spotlight Community Links Project. In partnership with Shaw, the Kamloops Y has created a series of virtual fitness videos available online for the community to join a workout. Follow the links below to join a virtual fitness class led by one of our amazing instructors or visit our full Youtube channel of classes! Classes will be added monthly for your viewing pleasure.

While the heart and soul of the Kamloops Y remains the same, we are finding new ways to connect with members in our community.  Join us at Y@ Home+ for virtual fitness options you can do both at home, and at the YMCA, to help you stay healthy no matter where you are.

· Live fitness classes every week including Yoga, YMCA Barre, and Bootcamp.

· Workout plans and coaching programs including instructional videos and downloadable workout cards.

· Kids and family activities including arts & crafts, sing-along songs and activities for the whole family.

· Wellness programs including meditation and leadership development programs.
